Parker on one half of the badge, Coulter on the other
ParCou was founded in 2014 by Jerry Parker and Mark “Gopher” Coulter. The name is theirs: Parker/Coulter, the business adventure the two of them launched after years inside facility service operations.

School Districts, one combined record
Senior and regional managers before they were owners
Jerry and Mark have a vast experience in Facility Service Operations, including Senior and Regional Managerial positions. Between them that meant overseeing 33 School Districts across 3 states.
That experience is what led them to launch into the Parker/Coulter (ParCou) business adventure: a custodial company run by people who had already seen how a school building is kept, from the district office down to the corridor floor.

The team in the halls they clean
ParCou services many facilities across Western Tennessee. These are the corridors, libraries and trophy cases that come with a school.
